Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bellacure Lounge, we truly value your time and trust. Life can be unpredictable, and we completely understand! All we ask is for a little notice if plans change—this helps us care for all our guests and honor the time of our talented technicians.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives us the chance to offer that spot to another client.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service.
  • No-shows or no-calls will be charged 100% of your service total.
  • If you make a change to your appointment within 24 hours of your service, that change must be confirmed within 3 hours of your original booking. If not, and you miss the appointment, a 50% fee will apply.To help streamline bookings, we do require a credit card on file when making appointments. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

Appointment Reminders

You’ll receive a confirmation message when you book, plus reminders 24 and 2 hours before your appointment time. If you need to make any changes, just give us a call—we’re happy to help.

Refunds & Client Satisfaction

At Bellacure Lounge, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our services and always want to make sure you leave feeling great. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your experience, please let us know—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
